Picture for my web

HI,

So im doing my website, portoflio where i will have my main picture like 600px height 100% width and my about me picture in navbar and about me, but i look ugly in all of them .

Do you guy have any idea what could i do and maybe put there? i could maybe out my face in the navbar, but having a picture thas like 600pxheight 100% width and me on the part, doesnt look to good.. i took like 100 pictures with pro camera

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" You actually don't need to post a picture of yourself. I'm sure a gallery of your work would suffice. Check out Matt Yow's portfolio site. He is a guest instructor in a course I took on this site, and an excellent designer. You don't find his mug anywhere on the site.

My idea for web is more like this , the family here but instead of them , only me to the right and text to the left, it looks cool as an effect . But the way i look..

And that a cool idea! I could put some work or something , a classic picture or some technology there PC or something, .
