Pixel perfect? PSD to HTML? Aren't these outdated? Why am I seeing requests for this on the job boards?

Hi There,

I'm continuously looking through Job ads while learning to code and I noticed that people still ask for a lot of "pixel perfect" results. Or, they want PSD converted to HTML. Now I know we don't straight up do this (at least on treehouse), so since people still ask for it are we as professionals saying to them, "Yes I will get this pixel perfect and responsive". Then Do the layout in Rems? We just don't bother to educate them on the fact that pixel perfect is soooooo 2000 and late?

Thanks.
