Place content between the header & footer (h2, p, ul) inside an element that represents standalone sections of content

I do not understand what this is asking. I have tried all the forums and cannot get a clear answer. If someone could show me the code completed versus telling me with a simplified explanation this would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

It is asking you to place the content listed inside a <section></section> tag group. This represents a separate section of content.
