placing article tags around h3 & p elements

Would the article tags go before the H tag and after the p tag? I'm a bit lost

Would the article tags go before the H tag and after the p tag?

Yes. You are grouping the h3 and p elements so the opening article tag will go before the opening h3 tag and the closing article tag will go after the closing p tag.
