playbar does not go away

I notice watching this particular tutorial the video bar where you can control volume, skips and start and stop does not hide like other courses. Using Google Chrome.

This problem has recently started for me as well as freezing. The playbar issue is with Chrome because it goes away in IE. I don't know what is causing my video feed issues.
