Playing download .mp4 files : how to play with captions .srt file ?

Hi

I've tried searching through the forum for answers without help.

I've downloaded some .mp4 files from this site and also the corresponding .srt files.

I'm using OSX , does anyone know which software and/or plugins i need to play the file with the caption file (.srt) at the same time?

Get a copy of VLC, it will do it for you

  • Open VLC
  • Media Menu --> Open File
  • Video Menu --> Subtitles Track
