please help this answer keeps giving the error message on changing background color

changing background color here is my answer mealLayout.setBackgroundColor(Color.GREEN); but its not working please hellpppppppp

hmm i suspect the treehouse code system somehow is corrupted coz all is not working at all i have tried my best and the communities best but no success

hi Pro; The code is fine but try to set it within onCreate:
