Please help with last 2 code challenges of Efficiency in Java Data Structures.

I am stuck on the last TODO of the second last code challenge (get an OutOfMemoryError when saying mSupportReps.add(csr)) and on the second TODO in the last code challenge (not sure what to do at all).
