Please how can I create a new blueprint of class Go kart in java?

Does it mean just to create a class Go kart? E.g 'public class GoKart' only?

{
  String characterName = "GoKart";
  public static void main (Strings [] args)

For the first step of the exercise you just need to create a class.

public class GoKart {
}

and here's the second step

public class GoKart {
  private String color = "red";
}
