Please tell me a place to get valid certifications in programming languages

Being someone who received an Associates in Web Design and Development, I think the most important thing is to have a strong portfolio, resume, and communication skills. Many people have gotten their foot in the door using Team Treehouse. Frankly, I prefer Team Treehouse over my local community college, because Treehouse is more up-to-date with best practices and trends. If you are interested in web development, you could complete the Team Treehouse courses and get a certificate from W3Schools. However, if you want to get certified from and accredited school, then I would see what your local colleges provide. They will probably be cheaper than the online schools you'll find. There are many professional paths you can take with development and design. I would first try to assess what area you want to get a certification in (i.e. front-end development, back-end development, UX design, web design, game design, etc.), then go from there.

The thing is man..i want to complete all of the fields i possibly can before i turn 20. i want to open up a software manufacturing company. My target is to build a company in USA that will bring down even the software empires like microsoft. To do that..i must be able to first go to USA (from Srilanka- my country) ..so i need certificates to get a job first in USA and gather people to build a software btw im 17

Well, the industry is moving in the direction as software as a service and everything is mobile first. So, if you haven't already done so I recommend taking as many web development classes as you can to get a good grasp on web/mobile software. Certificates are just a cherries on top of your sundae (your Bachelor's degree). So it would matter where you got them from as long as you acquired the necessary knowledge to obtain them. I would check out what W3Schools provides for web/dev certificates. You study on your own and they are cheap. If you want a certificate from an accredited school you can get one for about $12,000 from Universities like Harvard or University of Denver.
