General Discussion

Please tell me if this is the right choice

I'm developing web and app together. My goal is to make them integrate together.

web - java, jsp, spring, mysql/mariadb app - android, ios

I've never tried to send quries back and forth between web and app so far...

I know that PHP and android&ios can integrate and work together. But, I don't know if android&ios work with jsp, spring...

Is there any big company that use jsp&spring&mysql and android&ios together?

I know that Facebook use PHP and android&ios together, but never heard of jsp&spring&mysql and android&ios together.

Please tell me if they are the right programming languges that I choose.

You can also suggest me if there is another option.

I new to all of this as well. But the way I think it works is that you will have a server and REST API that you will use to interface with all of those things. Check out these workshops: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/http-basics, https://teamtreehouse.com/library/rest-api-basics
