"Portfolio" link not working!

When clicking the 'portfolio' link, which is the main html page built on "How to design a website" (first course), the link is broken and gives an error page. I have gotten to the part where I am adding the second page to the website...the 'about' page which is linked to the 'about' link in the nav bar. Upon doing this and going to my new page, I realized I can not get back to the first page due the link being broken.

Someone please advise!

Thank you both! I tried something and it worked. I got to thinking it was not linked somehow in the file tree so I checked it thoroughly. I decided to create a new file in the tree and named it index.html (exactly like the first) and copy/pasted from the original then deleted it. It worked...link is no longer broken.

Ayy! Great stuff, man. Glad to hear it worked.

You sir saved me the trouble of ripping out all of my hair. You are a scholar and a gentleman.

The only thing I can really think of is that your portfolio page isn't named "index.html", but it is though, right? They're also all in the root of the folder?

My first suggestion is to make sure on the left side in your file structure that index.html is actually named "index.html". Capitalization matters. If it's "Index.html" it won't work.
