Possible forum issue?

Been seeing a lot of questions duplicated on the forums...possible bug?

Sometimes if a user has a slow connection they mash the post button a few times because they do not see the response.

They could code the forum to have client side code that generates a submit token to prevent that. No idea why they have not done so.

Mod's seem to be ontop of it most of the time. :)
