Praise Method

The error I get is that I forgot the 'self' in my method but... clearly I didn't- it must just be incorrect.

first_class.py
class Student:
    name = "Frances"

    def praise(self):
        return print("You're doing a great job {}".format(self))

  • The difference between a method, attributes, etc. and their relationship with functions
  • why we'd use a class over everything we've learned already
  • and what we are actually seeing when we get these results in the REPL
