Precursor to Flask?

Hi there, recently signed up and did the Introduction to HTML and CSS as a refresher course, having breezed through that Treehouse recommended I was up to learning Flask. I'm feeling a touch out of my depth is there something anyone would recommend as a warm up to Flask? Something that has similar concepts just so I can wrap my head around this style of coding?

Start with Python Basics, then do the Learn Flask track. That's quite a bit of content, but Kenneth Love is an excellent teacher, and I think you'll find it very effective.
