pre-filled subject line is not working

When I click on the email link there is still no pre-filled subject in the subject line. I rechecked 100 times to see if I'm missing something.

Chereka, you may want to check some of the other Q&A on this video, there are comments about making sure that you don't have white space in the subject, etc, and regarding what application is set to open the "mailto" link on your computer.
