Preview button is not working at all !!! tried everything mentioned in earlier questions and Answers

I tried all the things -

  1. created new file saved it - not working
  2. tried forking button - not working
  3. created new folder , created new file , refreshed the browser - not working
  4. created new folder , created new file , refreshed the browser , forked it - not working

the only way i am able to open is by downloading the file and opening in the web browser. but i cant do that every time i make a small change right ? i need the preview button to work to see instant changes..

PLEASE HELP.

Hi there! One thing you haven't mentioned trying which I would suggest is clearing your browser cache. It's possible the browser is loading in an older version of your code rather than your newly updated changes.

Try clearing your browser cache, opening the preview, and then refresh the page.

Hi Jennifer , Thanks a lot for your reply clearing browser cache didnt work however when i selected as launch different workspace , index.html got removed and the preview button is working for the new page in that workspace but in the workspaces where index.html is present the preview button is not working for any other page except for that one

Hi yaseen! Can you please link a snapshot to your workspace so we can have a look around? On the upper right-hand side of your workspace you'll find a camera icon which will allow you to create a "snapshot". We can then fork a copy of your workspace and help you troubleshoot this.! :sparkles:
