Preview of Headline not working in Internet Explorer

I'm able to click the preview icon in Workspaces, but after I click it, my computer pops up with a bunch of places to 'open' the file. I click on Internet Explorer and it doesn't change the font, it keeps it looking exactly like the coding text I wrote in Workspaces. I'm using a PC. Is there something my computer is missing?

First thing, I would suggest to use another browser. Especially that you want to learn web development, IE is not the best browser for developers.

Try something like Mozilla or Chrome.
