Pricing Form

Hello,

I'm wanting to create a form which will export to .PDF (ideally a printable report that a customer can use afterwards) with all the data they have inputted from a form on a website, what would be the best way to make this? I'm wanting to use a form on our website which will generate a report they can then print off and bring to us
