Probelm with FLash anyone has resolved that?

I got problem with Flash Player. Most of the time in Firefox I get a message which is: Unresponsive shockwave plugin and after that the Firefox crashes and I have to restart it.

Did you encounter this? If you did please tell me how did you solve it?

uninstall then reinstall a new version of firefox and flash it worked for me and no trouble since.
