problem downloading the project files for the rail development course

Hello I am having a problem downloading the project files for the rail development course. I am in the early stages and every time I go to drag and drop the img file along with the normalization file, nothing happens. I am wondering if you could help me? This course is really helping me learn, but i just need to get passed that to continue. Thank you!

I get access denied as well when I try to download the files from the end of the Active Record Basics course as well. Hampton Catlin & Jason Seifer - Any ideas?
