Problem importing project files

After I import the project files the Crystal Ball project is broken. The first error (and probably the root of all others) appears on line 6: "import android.support.v7.app.ActionBarActivity;" with the message that "android.support.v7.app" can't be resolved.

I did import the projects and copy them into the workspace. Note that the project name after import is "android-support-v7-appcompat" rather than "android-support-v7-app". I tried re-typing the import statement and autocomplete got me to "import android.support.v7.appcompat" but it did not show the ActionBarActivity (or any other elements).

The "src" folder for this project is empty.

What am I missing?

Greg

I should have mentioned that I am working on the "Crystal Ball" app in the Android Development class...
