Problem with a database challenge ?

I've tried to answer this a few times. The question is : Get the 101st to 200th actor from the actors table. (No need to use any ordering).

I tried: SELECT * FROM actors LIMIT 100 OFFSET 199;

also: SELECT * FROM actors LIMIT 100 OFFSET 200;

and: SELECT * FROM actors LIMIT 100. 199;

I also tried a few other ways but I keep being told to check the numbers. May somebody help me with this please?
