Problem with Downloading the Zip file for Win 7 64bits Android development bundles to build the Cyrstal Ball Project?

I've tried several times clicking on the zip file link for Win 7 64bits but it won't download. I don't see how this forum can help me, when Treehouse tech customer service should be accessible to assist me with my needs since I'm paying my hard earn $$$ to learn. However, I left a message with their customer service line and hope they will return my call within 24 to 48 hrs from today 2/17/14.

Problem Resolved: I didn't realized that I couldn't use Firefox web browser which hindered or disabled me from downloading Win 7 bundle for the Crystal Ball project. After switching to Microsoft E web browser I was able to download the file successfully. My bad. All is well. Also, I re left a msg on the customer service line to cancel my previous inquiry.
