Problem with GitHub Repository

I need to store my Treehouse Project in a GitHub Repository. When I change a file and try to save it a windows is shown and says that "The original file 'activity_main.xml' has been deleted or is not accessible." and I can save as a new file. I don't understand why this happens. I see the file on eclipse and I can open it. How it can be inacessible or deleted?

I don't want to continue my treehouse course because I think repository is a easy way to remember each step of course.

Can anybody help me?
