Problem with playing videos.

Every time I play any video from the library the video loads fine but the voices of tutors are slurred, like in slow motion. Would anyone know how to fix this issue please? I'm running windows 8 on my laptop.

In the right corner of the video there's a circle it's in between the time the video has played example :1:55 and the CC button trying turning up the speed of the video by hovering your mouse over it and putting the speed a little higher.

Anytime John! I hit the button on accident before and it screwed up Nick's voice. For a second I thought it was joke or he was a little tipsy from a lunch drink :D I finally figured out it was from the speed the video was playing.
