Hi Sampath,

You should remove the self closing tags /> from input and textarea and add a closing tag to textarea. input doesn't need a closing tag.

Also, make sure you add Submit Comment between the button tags, like this:

<button>Submit Comment</button>

Solution spoiler:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <form action="index.html" method="POST">
      <input type="text" id="name" name="user_name">
      <textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"></textarea>
      <button>Submit Comment</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

Good luck!
