General Discussion

Problems entering my password when it asks for my login info for GitHub when I try to git push in the console.

It will let me enter my user name but the console won't respond to any keystrokes when I try to enter my password other than enter to skip, which then just gives me an error message saying "Repository not found."

The console is different from regular password fields in that it doesn't show the password as you type, but actually, it is indeed registering the keystrokes. It is a security feature.

Just type your password and press Enter. Don't mind the cursor not moving as you type.

Thanks I've got it working now!
