Problems in Eclipse

Hi I'm working in Eclipse now but got a problem. Always at least 1 character is selected and when I type something the selected one is gone, I don't know how to put this off.

I googled and it said I should press the insert button but it didn't work (my insert button is together with my delete button)

and it's only in 1 class, if i go to another class I dont have this problem and it works fine
