Problems with building a three column layout

I am trying to build a three column layout but every time i change the size of the screen everything remains the same. My website is also messed up. The images and texts are not in the same place they should be. Here is a link to my html , css and website

The links to your workspaces are not working. Can you post your code within your question, and maybe a few screenshots of your layout so we can see the issue you are talking about?
