Problems with my open modal

I want the open box to open up when the user clicks on the choose option button in the large box on the left. Right now it opens up when clicking on the second choose option button which is on the right outside the main box. What do I change in my code so the choose option button on the right is removed and the open modal box opens up when the user clicks the choose option box at the bottom of the main box? Thanks for your response. Is it possible to do it purely with HTML and CSS though? If so what do I need to change so it opens when I click on the red choose option button? Thanks
