JavaScript jQuery Basics Introducing jQuery Using text() and html()

$(".profile-header").html("Student<span>Profile</span>");

I have no idea why this code does not pass.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
    <title>Document</title>
</head>
<body>
    <h1 class="profile-header"></h1>
    <p class="profile-text"></p>

    <script
    src="jquery-3.2.1.min.js"></script>
    <script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>
app.js
$(".profile-text").text("I am a web developer");
$(".profile-header").html("Student<span>Profile</span>");
$(".profile-header").html("Student<span>Profile</span>");

Hi Lan Mond,

It's really silly but you forgot a space between "Student" and the opening element <span>. If you paste this in you will pass the challenge - $(".profile-header").html("Student <span>Profile</span>");

Best of luck /Joel

Thank you, Joel.
