Program not running correctly

I have typed everything into the text editor correctly, but it is not pulling from the normalize or grid files. I've even pulled these files up in Sublime text and nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Sounds like it could be an issue with the file paths. Can you post your code? Also, are the css files in the same folder as index.html or are they in a sub-folder (called 'css' perhaps)?
