Project Files DO NOT work on Localhost

Can anyone tell me exactly what changes need to be made so I can view the project file code? I was confused by the set of lectures on ROOT_PATH and relative references and now all those changes are in place so the files don't work on LOCALHOST. Do I need to change the CONFIG file? OR remove all the ROOT_PATH and BASE_ROOT references in the images?

Help please thank you!

My understanding was that you'd have a different CONFIG file for production and for development and that file would define the value of these constants ROOT_PATH and BASE_ROOT which is then used in the rest of your code. I would check to make sure everything's configured properly in there (maybe you could download the code from the lessons as a reference).
