Project Files launch ERROR on my local server

Project01 stages worked well in my "localhost" but PHP Shits4Mike Project02 files and above doesn't work at all. Any idea? Is there a bug? Thanks.

When typing the local URL in the browser it displays:

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

That's it.
