Publishing Swift applications

When can I start publishing swift applications to the app store?

iOS 8 is due out on the 17th of September which is based on the US day, once it's released you can submit your app to the store.

Actually, you can submit them right now. As soon as Xcode 6 GM was released to developers (on September 9th), it became possible to submit apps written in Swift to the App Store.

Also, it is now the 17th of September which is why Treehouse launched it's Swift courses today.
