Python Basics. Cannot make a list for Task 1. I receive a name error

I receive NameError for this simple list: colors = [red, blue, green, gray, yellow]

The request is to create a variable list called colors with 5 different colors.

Hiya Robert! The issue you are facing is that the colors , you've pushed in your list, should be "string" so you need wrap 'em in single quotes or double quotes whatever you prefer. Do that and i bet your challenge will pass. I hope it helped. (:
