Python Basics - Lists and strings quiz question

Hello again!

I have a quiz question that is stumping me on the Lists and strings module:

Complete for the loop below:

my_list = [1, 2, 3, 4]
_________ num _________ my_list:
    print(num)

I've passed the quiz but again, really want to know what they are looking for.

Thanks!

The correct answer is for and in:

my_list = [1, 2, 3, 4]
for num in my_list:
    print(num)

Thanks Chris!
