66,191 PointsPython Vs. Java
I really like both of these programming languages ( personally I like java), but I was wondering what other people like the most and what advantages one has over the other.

15,659 Pointspython: easy to learn, easy to teach, lots of packets easy to use, mostly easy and fast to write, getting bigger really fast
java: better OOP, better for hard stuff development, stronger at developing apps/stuff in multiple plataform

17,362 PointsIt really depends on what you're doing. If you're an android dev, you'll be doing a lot of Java Development. If you want to work with frameworks like Django, definitely learn Python. With this being said, I personally prefer Python. As stated before, it's easy to learn, and you have to love a programming language whose documentation was at least partially inspired by classic British comedy (lol).
