10,800 PointsQuestion about TechDegree
I don't see the point in having TechDegree until you completed all the courses for your specific language. Wouldn't it be ideal to use the $25 pm until you have finished all the courses and then get Tech Degree to do projects and exams?
Also, have anyone have had success with this program yet specifically IOS Dev??
Thank you

Thanks for the thoughts! While you are indeed able to do this, please note that projects will still have a seven day fixed submission gap regardless of having the prerequisite instructional material completed. Additionally, our curriculum designers believe there is a better flow and enhanced learning/retention by completing the Techdegree by alternating between instructional materials and their respective projects, as opposed to completing all the instructional material and then attempting to recall it all weeks/months down the road to apply it to its respective project(s). We hope this helps. Thanks for your interest!

4,731 PointsHi Michael,
From talking with some of our teachers, the earlier projects (about the first half or so) aren't necessarily designed to be uploaded to the App Store. However, by that point, you'll likely have the knowledge and skills to polish up those projects or create new apps that could get through App Store/Google Play reviewers.

10,800 PointsThanks for the reply. I have another question though, I am wondering about the IOS Development TechDegree. In TechDegree, all we are doing are good projects to buff up our profile but none of them are going to be sent to the app store correct? There are many jobs mostly only looking for at least 1-3 apps on the app store.
So in that case, Are these projects for the IOS Development tech degree hold up to apps that are in the store?
