Question about the Perform: Appending and Removing Elements video

I've been following along the videos and specifically in the one mentioned above, I'm getting lost somewhat. As in, I'm looking for another resource/discussion on Appending/Removing and Binding Elements. The official documentation was good but I'm not completely clear on the whole binding and appending thing. Can someone help me out a bit here? The videos are OK but sometimes I get lost.

For reference I recommend heading over to the Mozilla Developer Network as they have a ton of information that can help you in these types of situations.

Thank you Chris for getting back to me. I was following along with the videos, but when Andrew started the videos about the bindings and append, that's where I almost totally lost it. I've looked into the MDN as well, but could really do some easier resources, I don't know maybe I'm the only one, but towards the end of the course, I lost it for some reason, it never happened with me before.
