Question about this.props

I do not understand why for the Counter class, we can get away with this.props without passing any parameters. Where is the Counter class getting the variable "props" from?

Is "props" a universal variable from React.component?

That's correct, props is automatically available on a React component.

When we did: class Counter extends React.Component {} it pulls in all the properties and methods of that base Component class into the Counter class.
