Question about video regarding restarting the Express server.

So I'm able to get the nodemon server going but it doesn't track changes automatically. I think this is okay though because I can restart the server I whenever I need to by simply using "rs". Is this okay? Is it a difference between the versions of nodemon that we can't automatically track the changes.

I'm on windows 7 using git bash with node. Thanks :)
