Question regarding HTML and CSS Treehouse books.

I was wondering about the content of those books. Is it exactly the SAME stuff that we can find in video tutorials or we there are some new and interesting things that weren't mentioned in the videos?

It's mostly unrelated to the videos as they were written by Ian Lunn & Matt West, who aren't on the Treehouse staff.

They take you through unique to the books projects and give a lot more content then the videos do. I have them and they're awesome for reference and new subject matter.
