Question/Help with Cyberduck

So I have my domain name, uploaded my files to a server, downloaded Cyberduck and now I am stuck. When I try to login to my server on the bottom left it says 'mounting/opening/authenticating' and then no folders show up, but in the video there are a handful. Is this because I need to give the server more time to process the files I uploaded? Or is there something I have done wrong, I've checked what I've done in the movie multiple times. There is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it next to the URL box that I dont see when I watch Nick's video on the subject. Thanks!

hmm Im not really sure what else I can check everything seems to be in order

edit: I downloaded FileZilla instead of Cyberduck and it works fine.
