hi i need help, my question is that will i get sued if i use online pictures on my iOS app and submit it to apple?

Copyright law is somewhat complicated, but in short, everything is copyrighted. Some images will have licences that may allow some form of commercial use. Then there is "fair-use" which is recognized in some countries but not others. And a whole bunch of other ifs, maybes, kind of, sort of ...

So, the short answer... if you don't acquire permission and/or get a licence for use in a specific sense... Yes, if you're found out, you can be sued.
