Questions about the apple developer program

I am 15 years old and I'm currently on the iOS track. I know you have to be 18 years old to develop apps, but could I do it under my parents names. Thanks!

Hey tristan,

I'm 13 actually and I just use my name and my dads banking details for the payment and it works fine. they just refer to me by my dads name though but it's not a big deal.
