quitting the app when the word 'STOP' is entered

would want to break out of the loop when the word 'STOP' is typed in

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    if items == 'STOP':
        break
    for things in items:

            print(things)

For the test to be effective, it needs to be inside the loop, and to check the individual "things" (instead of the entire list of "items").
