Quiz: Tic-Tac-Toe

I'm taking quizzes and code challenges to see what I already know and where I can learn something new. Until now this works out great! skipping video's that I not necessarily need to watch.

But then I got to the "Tic Tac Toe" quiz and it makes me wonder if it is just a joke and I'm not getting it because I didn't watch the video?
