Quotes not working

For some reason quotes are not working in Workspaces. When I type with my Macbook or Apple key board it's a no go. Is this a bug ? Please some assistants.

Could you clarify what you mean by not working? As in, they aren't showing up at all or they aren't being registered when the program is compiled or maybe something else? Also, what browser are you using? That could be the cause of the issue as well.
